Greetings Stacy,

You should be able to find the raw package at
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/packages-2.0.5/news/

You can find the specific changes needed to get this running under
FreeBSD 2.0.5 at ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/ports-2.0.5/news/inn/

If you install the inn1.4 package, be sure to get the security patch!
That can be found at ftp://ftp.math.psu.edu/pub/INN/patches/OLD/

And to top it all off... Here are some links that might help you:
http://www.math.psu.edu/barr/INN.html
http://rznext01.rrz.uni-hamburg.de/newsserver.html

I hope this helps. You can always feel free to drop me a line at
merlin@ghostwheel.com

-ck
