Actually, I don't think you're going to have a problem--at least, not the same one I had.  Since the partition begins below the drea=
ded cylinder 1024, BootEasy can boot FreeBSD with no problem.   Once FreeBSD is running, the 1024 barrier is no longer an issue.

Still, you ought to look into a BIOS upgrade.  I ordered mine today--$69.95.  It's by far the cleanest and best solution.
