Lines: 20 Message-ID: <4cl4ue$2oe@bull.hkstar.net> NNTP-Posting-Host: 202.82.0.88 X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] hello, i have recently acquired an TOSHIBA CD-ROM XM1102B/0605 attached to pci/ide port. on loading 2.2-CURRENT, message: pci0:1 VIA Technologies, device=0x1571, class=storage (ide) [no driver assigned] on subsequent modload atapi_mod.o, wdc1: unit 0 (atapi): <TOSHIBA CD-ROM XM1102B/0605>, removable, intr, iordy.... can i mount the CD-ROM drive for cd9660? and how? i have enabled controller wdc0, wdc1, wcd0, wcd1 already /dev entries made, but mount -t cd9660 /dev/wcd?c /mnt reports "device not configured" any help? clc@hkstar.com
