this followup is made with tin1.3beta (see X-Headers),
NOV-Suppport works fast and fine, and NNTP_ONLY is right for my
lokal network.
/etc/nntpserver is the default location of the nntp-server-description
and may be overridden by $NNTPSERVER
/etc/mailname is the name, which appears in the header of the article
for maildelivery
all other (organization, pathhost, ...)

in my Version, active-file must be found in /usr/local/news/lib/

If you want to get THIS Version, send me an email.
Or should i make a real package?
