Couldn't agree more.  The support I get out of this newsgroup is better,
faster and cheaper than any support I've received from any commercial
firm.

Not to mention friendlier.

Nonetheless, I have basically been using the system only as an end-user,
and I would characterize my impression as *far* from dissatisfied.
I have no desire (or reason) to change.
