My recommendation is to use a listserve or something like Majordomo
as the mechanism, because it is very easy to set up an 'auto-reponder'
mailing list.

For instance, you can easily figure out how to create an alias like
'info@whateverdomain.com' which will email an info packet to whoever
sends mail to it.

You can get majordomo by going to ftp.greatcircle.com.
