Personally, I have 2  3 GIG SCSI-2 Micropolis drives, and have no
problems with them.....I also returned another 4 gig Micropolis to
them, and they replaced it 24 hours for me....and this was last

Micropolis has usually been good about their service. I haven't
experienced the problem you have, but things do happen.....
