There included in the source distribution... and can be found at
  /usr/src/lib/libc/i386/SYS.h
  /usr/src/lib/libc/i386/DEFS.h

I hadn't noticed before that include files from the sources of the
C library are needed to compile the pthreads packages. This should 
probably be fixed by Frank Mueller (I'll report it to him).
