If Dummies did not have computers who would the guru's write software for?

People are missing the point here. NOBODY CARES about HOW e-mail gets
deliverd. Just that it gets deiliverd. Thats like saying this plane can
fly but it has to have 100 psi of air in the tires. WHO CARES, the plane
just flies. If I wanted to write code, I would be a programmer guru. I am
not. I do consider myself able to configure ANYTHING, given correct and
proper docs. Do I know all 2000 of the A.G.E. No, but given a T.O. I can
fix, and or service any of them. Why, I can read.

My point is that FreeBSD is a really nice OS. It's biggest error is in the
docs. There are a lot of good people out there that can give a lot to the
net, and OS. They are not guru programmers. They are being turned off fast
by the attitude that is so prevelent among FreeBSD people. Why sift code
when they should be able to pick up a book and find the answer.

Enough said, however, I will be a thorn until someone at least makes an
attempt to write a book for FreeBSD.
