Then I did a "# mknod /dev/vga c 12 0". After typing # xinit X386 Version 1.2E 1.0.1 / X Window System (protocol version 11, revision 0, vendor release 5000) then system hangs. Could someone advise me what to do next? Any patches needed? How to get a correct Xconfig file? (I have an NEC MultiSync 3D, ATI1024 card, and Logitech mouse.)
