BSDI 1.x binaries will work fine on your FreeBSD system. In 2.0, BSDI
changed some internal structures around and we've only just gotten
support for these working again (now in FreeBSD-current and slated
for release in FreeBSD 2.1.1). Fortunately, most vendors (like Netscape)
would appear to be shipping BSDI 1.x binary versions of their products
still.
