I am having a problem trying to submit a job in the background with 2.05.
The command that I am submitting is as follows :
ping -c1 127.0.0.1 . /dev/null &
The OS returns
[1] + Stopped (tty output) ping -c1 127.0.0.1 . /dev/null
Why is that ? What am I doing wrong?
