I checked my DOS settings and they are the default port 170h and interrupt 15
like what is being scanned, but even the installation kernel can not find this
card.  The bootup message indicates that the wdc1 not found at 0x170.

Found this one after I posted.  Seems the first layout I tried did not enjoy
running without a swap partition, and when I tried to set it up to create it
on the second layout, I guess I didn't write it or something.  The second
install had this done correctly.  This one is fixed.
