The funny thing is i did it using both ways:

1. Compiled the kernel source with options GATEWAY.
2. set GATEWAY=YES in /etc/sysconfig (which execcutes sysctl in the fact).

It still does not work. Maybe it is something wrong with my routing table
bu as far as i know pppd should set it up by itself. Is that true ?
