Unfortunately, I failed to write down the reference - So if someone else knows, please let me know. Thanks. BTW I checked the BSD 4.4 lite files at cdrom.com - there were directories that looked promising - /usr/share/doc/... but there weren't any files - Perhaps I was looking in the wrong place.
