Note that many BSD developers start dropping this clause (and the
``This product includes...'' requirement) from their copyright notices
now, since it becomes impractical these days.  It's been practical at
a time where you've only had to mention ``The Regents of the ...'',
but The Times They Are A-Changing.

I usually contribute my code according to the ``base rules'' of the
project i'm contributing to (BSD, X11, GPL), but after reading all of
them, i would prefer BSD or X11 over GPL for entirely new work.
