Hi,

I am in the process of installing 2.05. I had to recompile the
kernel to allow support for the PS/2 type mouse. (I had to do the
same thing in 1.1). However including psm0 support seems to have created
many problems.
1) I cant login in as root
2) X dies with the error message "xterm: Error 23, errno 25 inappropriate
 ioctl for device"

I know its not the mouse X is refering to since I disabled all xterms
and ran just xclock and X worked fine!
3) kermit gives a segmentation fault now.

What gives? I had all this working under 1.1 and it seems to be broken
now. Is it something that I should be doing?
