Summary: PROMISCUOUS MODE does not work well in PCMCIA ethernet card.
Keywords: PROMISCUOUS MODE, PCMCIA ethernet card
X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.1 PL8]

I am using the PCMCIA ethernet card and 2.1.0 FreeBSD.
Even thogh it is possible to set the BPF device as promiscuous mode,
"tcpdump" can't capture any packet on the network but packets which
come in or go out this machine.

What is the problem ?
