Hello

On a 486DX-4/100 PC running NetBSD 1.0 I get a curious message every
10 minutes, that appeares on the console, no matter whether or not
anyone is logged in or not.

The message states "arptnew failed" and then reports the inet address
of another host in hexadecimal (in fact, it's the address of the main
mail relay of our organization).

Where do I have to look for the reason for these messages?
Is my machine misconfigured, or is it the other side's machine?
Do I have to run any kind of daemon (rarpd?) that knows how to handle
these strange requests?
