Sure.

You may need to do some hacking, but if you look at /etc/ttys:

	ttyv0	"/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  secure

Change that to:

	ttyv0	"/usr/bin/su - username"	cons25	on  secure

Then set up a program for "username's" default shell that does whatever
setup it turns out you need.
