Summary: 4.4BSD-Lite2 on CD-ROM

Here is Kirk McKusick's standard reply abut Lite2:

    Where can I get a CD-ROM of 4.4BSD-Lite Release 2?

O'Reilly currently does not plan to revise their CDROM Companion.
A new 4.4BSD-Lite Release 2 CDROM is available from Walnut Creek
CDROM at a cost of $39.95. Contact info for Walnut Creek:
    1-800-786-9907, orders@cdrom.com, http://www.cdrom.com/. Be sure
to specify that you want the Release 2 version of 4.4BSD-Lite.

Where can I get manuals for 4.4BSD-Lite Release 2?

O'Reilly currently does not plan to revise their 4.4BSD-Lite
Manuals. However, the current edition is largely correct and is
still a good resource for 4.4BSD-Lite Release 2. Cost for the
five volume set is $120.00 (ISDN 1-56592-082-1). Contact info for
