   Uh, the 1.1 release was announced to happen in the middle of *this*
   month.  Haven't heard any announcements that the date has slipped.
   We'll have to see when we get there.

That's gonna be some short BETA cycle!  Last time I checked they have
about a week, or newvers.sh is out of date.
