I've been reading this news group on and off for perhaps
a year and have a question about FreeBSD 2.1. I haven't
seen this info posted (could have missed it, however).

I see that Walnut Creek has a 4.4BSD Lite CD, version 2.
Is FreeBSD 2.1 based upon the "version 2" code or not?
I plan on getting a new FreeBSD 2.1 CD when they become
available and just wondered... Thank you much. Sorry
if I need a basic history lesson.
