Does anyone know if FreeBSD supports the new BusLogic
  "UltraSCSI Fast-20" controller? Thanks.

Unless there is a new driver I've not heard of, then it does not. The
FlashPoint LT (aka 930) uses a new architecture that does not provide the
same MultiMaster mailbox interface used by previous BusLogic host adapters.
