Old versions (pre-3.0) of rz/sz are indeeed public domain, while later
versions have some usage restrictions.  Perhaps there should be ports
of both versions?  FWIW, the PD versions are available in Volume 12 of
the the comp.unix.sources archives, ftp.uu.net is one source.
