I have just installed FreeBSD as an alt. to SCO-Unix and I am having a bit of
trouble configuring it. First and foremost is the message "Cant open display"
anytime I try to run a X file from the console ie PC it is installed on. is
this normal?

I am also having fun trying to figure out how to configure the TCP/IP to set up
the different IRQ's and such... guess I got spoiled by SCO's netconfig and
mkdev command. Does FreeBSD have similar commands??

Thanks,

Dave
