Nobody could tell you remotely.  If SIGSEGVs or SIGBUSes happen across
virtually all programs, in particular the big ones (e.g.  cc1 while
compiling), this is most likely due to hardware problems.

If only a couple of programs is affected, and this happens
consistently even after reboots, i'd suspect these programs.
