Hi,

I have a Compaq Presario 850 (486/50 with 16M) with a Seagate 420 drive.
I am going to purchase another 540 drive to put FreeBSD. However the dealer
is suggesting a larger drive. Can FreeBSD use a larger IDE drive without
my purchasing an EIDE controller?
Thanks.
