  I thought it was the PS/2 mouse port, which is present on most PCI mother-
boards I've seen, even though the connector for it isn't installed (you get
an option of PS/2 keyboard+mouse connectors or "classic" keyboard connector
only).

  I've found that disabling the mouse port with a jumper or setup (depending
on the board in question) seems to fix this.
