I've been trying to get inn 1.4 (unoff2) to run reliably for some time now.
it's running on a P120 with an Adaptec 2940 controller. It had been crashing
every day or two, and acting generally bizarre (as an example, expire would
rarely complete without crashing.)

After some suggestions from this newsgroup, I recompiled without mmap().
It's now crashing 3-4 times per day.

The only thing I can conclude is that the 2940 driver doesn't totally work.

Any hints? Does anyone have a system reliably running inn with a 2940?
