Hi,

I've tried to install on a system with the following specs, but
the AHA-2940 Ultra SCSI controller is not recognised:

	Motherboard:	Intel Endeavour
			Pentium/120Mhz, 32MB RAM
	BIOS Ami 1.00.02.CB0
SCSI Adaptec AHA-2940 Ultra, BIOS V1.21
	HD ST32550W (Barracuda, 2GB)
	CD-ROM Toshiba 3501U

Sadly to no avail. Disabling all devices except for what is
really in the machine doesn't help. The documentation is a
little confusing in suggesting that the AHA-2940U is supported
by mentioning the 294x (I'm thinking positive ;-).

Anyone who can give me pointers on how to go forward (save
writing a driver for the SCSI controller ;-)

Thanks in advance,
				Hans Zuidam
