How do I integrate 8.7.1 into "make world" of FreeBSD?

Does FreeBSD 9-26 SNAP have the newest syslogd patches?
To improve syslogd() and prevent overflowing it's buffer?
I could not see or produce the problem but I am not sure I know what
I am doing.

Also, I am installing 8.7.1 myself, FreeBSD-current still has 8.6.12.
