I had reported this problem to stable@freebsd.org, as well as using send-pr,
a couple of days ago, but have not heard back from them yet.

The problem is not depend on motherboards. Also, I guess it is not depneded on
ethercard or driver since you and I have different ethercard.
Some network code could be broken. In my case, it finds my ethercard, but
configured the interface to nothing. Although, I can manually do ifconfig
after booting, the ethernet interface cannot see further than one hop.
So, I reinstalled 2.0.5 and everything works again.
