Perhaps the INN FAQ which is posted on a regular base in news.software.nntp
and news.answers might help you. Part 4 , even if written for SunOS is
a good "handbook" for this.

did you nroff it first?   nroff -ms < Install.ms* > Inst. Then print Inst
