I just upgraded.  The "gotchas" which I've noticed so far include:

	1. gettytab replaced, thereby breaking getty, which couldn't
	find the new definitions I had added.  this also broke ppp's
	dial-up routine.

	2. my previous ppp.up, etc, scripts didn't work--I couldn't get
	a connection.  I made up a new one, using the new scripts, which
	could then connect.

	3. the Dialout.up script establishes the REMOTE PPP address as
	the gateway; this doesn't work--I fixed it to use the LOCAL
	PPP address as the gateway, which does work.

Not actually too bad.
