I'm trying to get a Pentium running BSD 2.0.1 on an ethernet. I have a
3COM509 card, and I'm using 10base-T cable. It seems that the Pentium
can call out ok, cause another machine snooping the net caught all of the
broadcasts being sent by the PC, however, the PC could not receive
anything. Consequently, no DNS worked, nothing worked! But it does send
out. Is there a problem with 3C509 cards in this type of enviroment?
