I used sysinstall again - but only ran just the partioning and 
disklabeling of the disk I added (I did this in 2.0 not 2.0.5) to get the 
disk label on it.

Someone should write a "mknewdisk" that does whatever that piece of the 
sysinstall does to make people less stressed out.
