I'm guessing libtk.so.3.6 wasn't found by ldconfig -- try ``ldconfig -r''.

You may want to do ``ldconfig -v /usr/lib /usr/local/lib /usr/X11R6/lib''
(add any and all other directories that have shared libraries).  Rebooting
also makes this go away since ldconfig is run by /etc/rc.
