I have seen a few queries on this but never any replies.
The 3c590 is a PCI bus ethernet adapter from 3com's Etherlink III
family. Is this supported in FreeBSD2.1? If it is, how does one
get FreeBSD to recognize it? I have tried various settings on the
ep0 and the zp0 devices but have not been able to get the card
recognized.

It would be fun to see this card's performance and compare
it to that of a 3c509 which is a ISA based card.
