Hi,

I apologize in advance if this is an inappropriate question; I
couldn't find a FAQ for this group on rtfm.mit.edu.

I am trying to compile the NetBSD vgrind source on an SGI,
but I can't seem to find the following functions,
from the NetBSD stdlib.h:

	char    *cgetcap __P((char *, char *, int));
	int      cgetent __P((char **, char **, char *));
	int      cgetustr __P((char *, char *, char **));

I looked in

  ftp.iastate.edu:/pub/netbsd/NetBSD-current/src/src/lib/libc/stdlib

but there was no source code for, or documentation of, these
functions. Is there source somewhere else? If not, is there a
description so I can reinvent them?

If there is no source code to be had, what alternatives would you suggest?

Thanks for your patience. I'd appreciate a cc: in email.

Mike
