Sorry, this is the most basic UUCP usage.  Basically, get a book about
system administration that includes UUCP administration.

Hint: the best way to get sendmail feeding outgoing UUCP sites is to
used the FEATURE(mailertable) inside the .mc file.  If you don't know
what an .mc file is, look into the sendmail source directory, and
there in the file cf/README.
