Help! Please!

My situation is this, and if this is the wrong place for it please advise.

First... We share an ethernet connection with our nextdoor neighbors who
has a 128k ISDN. They have given us one(1) IP to set this up.

I need to have these internal IP's receive and transmit through one(1)
broadcasted IP on another ethernet. Setup is as follows.

I have two ethernet cards in my FreeBSD box. One of them has a publically
broadcasted IP of 198.161.220.180 and the other ethernet has been given an
IP of 204.209.57.10, an internal network. this last one's IP is NOT
broadcasted. It is a real Class C IP (the 204.209.57.0 network) but is not
yet registered with our InterNic for this route. It was at another ISP but
not this one.. The nextdoor neighbors don't broadcast this internal IP but
the 198.161.220.180 is part of thier Class C and is for our use.

What would be the best way to get the internal network on to the internet
through the one IP that is already on the internet? I can get to both
network via the FreeBSD box but the internal network cannot unless they
telnet in first. I see that it is a FireWall type setup here and is
completely accidental. I've tried to interpret the `gated' docs but really
don't understand it. I understand that either Socks or TIS is formulated
for such things as this but can't find either of them. I really am not
professed at this at all! I learn quick however and if someone could take
the time to give me some configurtion suggestions I would apreciate it very
much. I have my own DNS server on the 204.209.57.10 server as well and work
perfectly (one thing I seem to be professed in ;) ). When I took `routed'
out of /etc/sysconfig.conf and instead used `gated' with default of "rip
yes;" in the /etc/gated.conf (emulating `routed') the internal network got
out for about 3 minutes and than it quit! Meaning I could start up netscape
and www all over. I hope I have explained well enough... I have not tried
arpPROXY as I can't find much documentation on setting up PROXY servers on
FreeBSD box's.

Thanks to everyone!

Phil...
