how did you create your swapfile on the server - touch like in the diskless
FAQ ? - that was the problem for me - create it using dd like:

	dd if=/dev/zero of=swapfile bs=1k count=your_swapsize_in_kbytes

the your_swapsize_in_kbytes must be the same as the one you give in the
x.x.x.x.cfg file - this way it worked for me (i had exactly the same problem)
- if not - contact me - and i'll try to remember if i changed something else
