I think the problem I am having is very simple and for sure you certainly
must have run into this many times.
when I installed your operating programme I did the setup on com.4 after
contacting you and and wasting many hours windows 3.1 will not operate 
your system on com4 and must transfer to com 2
You would be advised to inform new users of this problem
try and hear your customers out instead of brushing them off with the old 
standby "excuse  "I have someone on thee line Eric"
Also lets get it all out how come you do not return your calls ?
