We added a FreeBSD partition to a Linux system we use for development.
It looks like we will have to add an additional hard disk for our sources
and other files. Can Linux and FreeBSD share a user partition (e.g. not a
root or swap partition) ? If so, what would be the best filesystem type to
implement this (e.g. mpunt a Linux partition from FreeBSD or a FreeBSD
partition from Linux) ? Are there any performance problems in doing this ?

Thanks,
