Sorry, i'm still not using /etc/sysconfig myself... and therefore
haven't got it to re-integrate my /etc/rc.local into something aware
of rc.i386.

It's not tset.  Look into /etc/ttys.

pcvt docs are (ick!) still not installed anywhere but live under
/usr/src/usr.sbin/pcvt/Misc/{Doc,Etc} instead...
