There are no jumpers, the IRQs are assigned 
using the PCI BIOS setip menu ...

The BIOS will let the driver know which IRQ
to use. (The NCR doesn't need to be set to 
IRQ 9, but 9 is generally a good choice).

Just make sure there is no conflict with 
some ISA bus card.
