I was trying on 9-29 to install SNAP from boot floppies
I had downloaded the night before.

Turns out a new SNAP 9-28 was released, but the old one 7-26 was deleted.
This took me a long time to figure out why it was failing...Mainly because I
did not look close to see 0928 instead of 0726.

Maybe the old snap should stay around for a day or so?
