I uninstalled the DOS 6.22 upgrade, booted FreeBSD copied the c:/dos/command.com to c:/command.com (DOS wouldn't boot because it didnt like my SHELL=c:/dos/command.com and didn't copy the new command.com to c:/dos), ftp'd the bteasy.zip from cdrom.com, edited config.sys to point SHELL at the root, reinstalled the DOS6.22 upgrade, ran btesay and voila back to normal no thanks to you know who !! Sorry for any inconvenience and thank goodnes for FreeBSD !!!
