Another way to do it is to use the tcp wrappers twist function to call a
different version of ftp for a customer IP address. You need a staticly
linked copy of ftpd to do this, but the one from 1.1 works fine.
However, the tcpd supplied with 2.0 doesn't support all the extra
options so you have to compile your own.
